Time.gov crashed at the most important time -- 11:59 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Shame on them!

I started writing this blurb at 11:50 p.m.: "What were you doing when the clock struck midnight on January 1, 2021? I was uploading this web page. (Don't believe me? If you're using Firefox, right-click somewhere on this web page and click View Page Info.)" I finished it just in time to upload at 12:00:00 a.m., but Time.gov wouldn't load. I had no way of knowing the precise time. So I was actually frantically trying to access Time.gov on my laptop and smartphone at this time.

Oh, well. I suppose this is a fitting transition from Worst Year in Recent History to Second-Worst Year in Recent History.

Let's just make it through 2021 alive.
